MY BACKGROUND

Qualified personal trainer, specialising in transformations in body composition for beginners, strength training, powerlifting, and bodybuilding comp prep for intermediate/advanced clients. I have been coached myself by some of the best coaches in the world, to compete in 2 WBFF bikini competitions and powerlifting. My goal is to provide excellent value and be the best coach I can be for people, as I have had my fair share of “bad” coaches and personal trainers in the past. My goal is to be the coach I always needed myself years ago. 

Also a qualified registered nurse for the last 9 years I am well equipped to coach people who have health conditions.

Already feel confident training on your own at the gym? Want some direction, structure and accountability to achieve your goals? This is a great affordable option for those who are outside of Sydney too. 
What it includes:- Nutrition coaching- Weekly check-ins- A training and nutrition program delivered on a comprehensive app - Goal setting virtual consultation call- 24/7 support and ongoing education - Periodised training program every 3-4 weeks
